Buddy keeps current with all developments in brass instrument repair, technique
and tools; regularly attends seminars, demonstrations and networks with
technicians around the country to find those old, obsolete or hard-to-find
parts.
Specializing in Quality Brass Instrument Repairs since 1982, Buddy is a graduate of Five Towns College with a degree in Musical Instrument Technology
Buddy ran the brass shop for Cornet Music in Smithtown, New York for 12 years in charge of all school and private accounts as well as their extensive brass instrument rental program.
He started Buddy's Brass Shop in 1996 operating out of Lindsay Music in Bay Shore focusing his repairs on school accounts along with a growing list of satisfied, professional players and teachers.
He opened Buddy's Brass & Mandolin Shop at the Main St., East Setauket location and after 3 years continues at his new location on Amagansett Dr. in Sound Beach
